Our clients complaint was made on the 19th of October 2025, and received no action whatsoever.On the 13th of January 2026, during the night his neighbour was even louder than ever, keeping our client up all night. Around the hours between 1 and 2pm another visit was made by the housing officer accusing him of making a noise during the aforesaid night, with the silent fan?
Therefore, again the so-called housing officer turns up without prior warning, and even whilst his neighbour was continuing to make as much noise as they wished. Not surprising our client refused to talk to the officer and started to shut the door, to which the officer then punched the door. Later that day a concerned neighbour came over to enquire as to whom it was that punched his door and why? He explained about the constant noise, and the neighbour although sympathetic, appeared to look worried when he told them who it was creating it all, which seemed to have an effect that influenced the neighbour not to get involved!?
Both our clients Christmas and New Year had been completely ruined, and he still gets no sleep whilst these noisy neighbours makes tax free money and prosper without any interference from any official bodies, and all he is shown is clear contempt..!
He said the result of him being blamed has taken a toll on his health, he was truly hoping that just for once they would shut this crook down. The lack of sleep is creating problems of giddiness, and low esteem. Just knowing that the BCC AND NS have literally ignored his suffering, and given this low-life a big green light to do as they please makes him feel that everything he has tried to do for others has no meaning anymore. (Do unto others?).
What he is attempting to say is that he no longer has the energy to continue, and everything must come to a final conclusion. All the charity sites will slowly close down and just today he has dropped several of his domains as he feels that they will serve no future service. The noise makes it impossible to concentrate on his work, and he would like it known that BCC and the NS, are directly responsible for this tragic event. Even right now they are making very loud noises and he is feeling pains in his chest from the sudden shocks..! Not to mention Christmas Eve and New Years Eve having to stay up all night, and there have been plenty of other nights too!
The way they turn the blame onto the victim is involved in the stupid method used by the NS. Depending on the recorder the static one only records for just 10 minutes, and the down loadable one for 30 seconds at a time. This means that the perpetrator that's making all the real noise and works all through the night regardless, has all the opportunities to simply wait for our client to go to bed, and then makes as much noise as he can. So anything our client does to drown out their noise, they will immediately stop and press record to frame him.
This is not the fault of any fan in his bathroom, in fact if they have anything recorded, it will be our clients tinnitus white noise machine that he had already demonstrated to the so-called housing officer by switching it on whilst the 'Person' went round and checked if he could hear it ... And he couldn't! The simple fact of white noise is based on the use by the NHS, because bad noises can cause deep stress, especially if you're Agoraphobic and cannot get away from it. Therefore a white noise machine that no-one on earth could have problems with, is the ideal protector!

DOING IS ANOTHER!
Our client whilst lying in bed trying to rest suddenly heard a noise coming from the air vent as if something was hitting it. Its now believed that because his noisy neighbour is up all night working anyway, he could be using the mobile app that records, then he could easily use a selfie stick and hold it out of the window in order to get closer to the victims bedroom, possibly near to his bedroom air vent. Or in the case of the ten minute recorder he could just hang it outside his window. This deception becomes null and void when its discovered that any white noise machine has no legal tender towards making bad noises, as its classed as being natures natural sounds which thus makes it a therapeutical machine.
If anyone could witness the slamming and banging whilst machines run by this narcissistic neighbour, they would realise how stupid this charge was against our client. The male that is causing all the real noise is mentally impaired, because he even plays these vocal recordings that radically insult our client as soon as he goes to bed, and sometimes during the night, which forces him to switch on his white noise machine to attempt to drown them out of earshot.
As of yet nothing has ever been done to help him. Just people looking for the easiest target just as west midlands police did, when he was found not guilty, and just as he will be by using the white noise machine, because unlike them, he doesn't wish to harm anyone..!
The way he found out about white noise machines was when he went to a doctor and was sent to the hospital, and they loaned him one! This happened at the first address because they had a machine upstairs that he stated seemed to fill his ears with a sound that made him feel panic, and this new idiot appears to have something similar ... But so much more!
IF OUR CLIENT WAS TRYING TO DECEIVE ANYONE, THEN MAYBE THEY NEED TO ASK THEMSELVES WHY DID HE TELL THEM THAT HE HAD ONE OF THESE MACHINES AT BOTH ADDRESSES, WITHOUT EVER BEING ASKED?
