So our clients complaint was as good as closed, therefore he gave one last reply!
However, would anyone believe that it could get even worse?

And yes it did, it got much worse, because they assumed his reply was a brand new complaint even though he had deliberately addressed it by titling the subject matter as, 'For the Attention Of (FOA)', and the council officers name that had badly dealt with his complaint. So they had opened up a new complaint! He immediately advised them this was simply a final letter to the lacklustre council officer to attempt to get to the truth. Eventually he managed to get someone to pass the email to them and close that bogus complaint, but received no response from him whatsoever! Its clear that the council deliberately mishandle email for their own advantages, such as complete lack of care along with prejudices such as Ageism?



Whenever these narcissists got their own way they would become even noisier and very inventive, like using even nastier words and messages. That's when he decided he had no choice but to keep on trying. Therefore he sent in a real complaint, and this time was assigned an officer that sounded as if she could make a difference, but in fact this officer was simply in charge, and assigned another female officer that turned out to be fully unhelpful. It should be noted that our client had refused to be dealt with by the original officer.



We won't bother with the ridiculous ignorance of what happened next other than to state that in a conversation with this new officer, she had assured him that she would confer with the last male officer for any required details. One interesting point is that during the phone call our client described how they had turned round the complaint and searched his home first, but the interesting point was, she informed him there was no record whatsoever of his noisy neighbours complaining about himself. This was even more proof that the person that searched his home had yet again lied to our client, in order to take advantage.


Its worth remembering that the last officer had at least contacted and made an appointment with the narcissists, and even phoned them on occasions! Which makes a complete mockery of the final letter from this appointed female officer, when she stated that she could not get any reply from these narcissist neighbours, because she didn't even know their telephone number!


SERIOUSLY? So does that mean the other officer who said he had phoned them didn't actually know their number, and she couldn't even spare the time to knock their door? Therefore after less than two weeks she had simply closed down his new complaint and achieved absolutely nothing whatsoever! Notwithstanding, she actually sent a link requesting our client to review how they had done. He stated that he will write one, but it will go on TrustPilot reviews, and a copy will be attached to the dark website that publishes all the full facts.


Our client stated that he wasn't surprised at the outcome and having viewed all the accusations followed on by apologies we would have to agree with his findings of an almost drug like state of cold hearted responses, with zero responsibility, and complete traversal of victim and perpetrators.


The narcissists noisily celebrated again by adding a new word to their insults, and this word is truly disgusting and illegal, and has been known to cause violence towards those employing it. Therefore on the night that he heard it repeating he immediately stormed out of his home and just walked the local streets full of anger. This was on the 25th of April 2026, and at exactly 23.08 he decided to phone the police (999), the call to them lasted around 21 minutes.


The female police officer that he spoke to convinced him to go back home and assured him that they would send out a specialist team on Monday the 27th of April 2026 at 17.30pm.. On that Monday he was instead phoned at 15.40pm by an unknown number, and the caller stated that they were a police officer from that team, and didn't offer any name or badge number!?


This phone call turned into a very deep confusion for our client, as he suffers from Prosopagnosia, therefore can rarely ever recognise anyones face. However, as the human body is noted to react when one sense fails it often improves another, so his recognition of peoples voices is very high indeed. Our client stated this so-called police officer had a voice identical to the first failing male housing officer that had blamed the fan in his home for all the noise! That noise would have to include all the loud banging and slamming of items around their home. Therefore any logic from that council officers final decision had completely failed, but it definitely matched his unhelpful attitude?


Even more convincing for our client was the fact that no one had ever visited his home that evening, and at 19.31pm the same night he received a text message from something called WMPSURVEY? This did make a little sense to him because he had noticed this caller had given a clear indication that he was very amused by the conversation that they had on the phone that evening. The text message asked him to use a link supplied and to request him to review, 'How did the police do'? Which is a strange question when they hadn't even turned up? This so-called police officer had said during the call that he worked late shifts and would come round and check his neighbours home for any sounds at around 11pm that same evening.


What this so-called police officer didn't know, and what the first housing officer was completely unaware of (SAME PERSON?), is that our client had since put up his AI CCTV cameras, and had spent several hours watching the road around the time the police officer had said that he would investigate. The road itself is fairly light on traffic and absolutely no police cars or pedestrians had been seen anywhere near his home that evening..!


The suspicion is that the police may have phoned the council to request more information about his complaints, and was possibly told to stand down, and that the council would handle it? Therefore its strongly believed the male housing officer may have impersonated a police officer, Just so that he could avoid having to deal with the narcissists!?

A GENTLE BREEZE OF HOPE, LATER TURNED INTO A STORM OF TRAGIC DISSAPOINTMENT!

Our clients road, is situated off a very busy road, and around a week later he observed a police officer walking towards his front door during the daytime. He said he felt quite pleased that maybe he had been wrong and they had come to give him some news. However that was not to be, in fact they had come to request help from him and his CCTV cameras, but unlike the council he willingly provided them with evidence of a car passing his home at a break neck speed after it had run down a male pedestrian, sadly causing their fatality! Another officer later turned up at his home to meet up with the first officer to share their information and discuss any possibilities.


They later worked out that the car had gone down the road but had possibly parked up somewhere, as it had failed to pass other CCTV cameras on the road at that specific time. However, around 5am that same car had driven past our clients home again, and gone back onto the busy road where the hit and run had taken place. Therefore our client further supplied them with the corresponding CCTV of that same car leaving the road. Our client hasn't heard anything back since, but said that he's hopeful that they got enough results in order to give the victims family some reassurance towards obtaining justice.






Our client has continually suffered this kind of harassment for over a decade. The repeated words from these angry neighbours have got extremely nasty. They contain accusations that could in some situations end in violence, even though our client is pure English he is being told to move away and go home, by them?! He is a Bachelor of science and an anti-racist that runs the National Civil Rights website. He also distributes his own freeware on one of his other sites. This site is also part of that group.


The sites all run privately on his own servers which include POP3, DNS, and domain hosting. He stated that he can possibly understand someone being hostile towards an English person as he believes that many have suffered racism from others, but they need to understand he is not one of them, and could never be such. He admits to having a temper, but he is unable to hate anyone, as its not part of his personal nature. He said often his sense of humour completely overrules any animosity.


Therefore, he is struggling to avoid taking any violent action, but he also believes this family fail to understand that its they themselves that are causing all of the problems, and he deeply believes that they are incapable of any clear logic. What needs to be said is that the way he is being ignored and betrayed by authorities, endorses the fact that Britain is in deep decline due to those officials not doing their public duties simply to avoid any fear of reprisal ... Equality applies to all..!

I HAVE TO STATE THAT ANYONE CALLING A DECENT MAN THE NAMES THAT THEY HAVE CALLED ME IS FULLY DESERVING OF TRUE HATRED! THERE IS A FOUR LETTER WORD I WOULD FULLY APPLY TO THEIR DISGUSTING MOUTHS AND IT DESCRIBES DROSS! IT MAY SEEM OUT OF CHARACTER FOR ME, BUT THEY HAVE REPEATED THESE WORDS SINCE THE FIRST SO-CALLED HOUSING OFFICER SIGNED OFF AND LEFT ME TO SUFFER! THEIR WORDS LEAVE ME BELIEVING THAT THEY REQUIRE ASSISTANCE FROM A MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE.

RULES AND LAWS ARE FOR EVERYONE, NOT JUST THE SELECT FEW?

IT'S STRONGLY SUGGESTED THAT ALL EMPLOYEES OF GOVERNMENTAL ESTABLISHMENTS SHOULD BE SUBJECT TO MANDATORY DRUG CHECKING TO AVOID THEIR HEARTLESS RESPONSES THAT HAVE COST MANY INNOCENT LIVES!




Anyone believing that drug testing is a little over the top would do well to remember that all forms of sport events do exactly the same! And as the saying goes if you've done nothing wrong then you have nothing to fear!?
