TIME AND SPACE?
When trust becomes a one way street!
On the 22nd September 2025 our client was forced to move to another house, but a very dear friend advised him not to, because the woman that wished the exchange was almost a body double of the previous woman that had tricked him into the previous noisy home. The two women actually looked like sisters or at least very close family. It soon became clear that it was indeed another setup..!
The truth revealed that she may have also been desperate to move for the self same reason as our client ... 'NOISE'! This particular area is known to be a high crime area although its becoming apparent that because of the lack of police and council control, most areas are falling into the same declining category.
On the first day our client had felt that he'd finally escaped from hell, and after a long awaited silent nights sleep he woke up that first morning and felt very emotional. Even the cough he inherited from the last neighbours wood burning stove had completely cleared up. However, the second day although reasonably quiet a few familiar noises had started to raise, and he felt a kind of panic running through his mind. By the evening it had all started up again, but this time he simply felt anger and made himself known to these neighbours!
This followed a few days on when the female of the house knocked on his door, she began by apologising for the noise, and our client for just a brief moment felt some faint hope. She told him that they thought their boiler was making a noise, which sounded almost reasonable, but then our client requested an explanation for all the banging noises? She dismissed this with the idea that they were simply searching the house for the source of the noise, which again sounded at least plausible?
The conversation suddenly lost all its credibility when she mentioned voice like noises, and when he requested her to clarify what that actually meant, she stated that she would get her husband to come round later to explain as her English wasn't very good, even though up to that point he hadn't noticed any problems with her language skills?
The original complaint made by our client had included all of these conversations with his noisy neighbours, so as you read on, you will get to understand exactly how contradictory the council have been towards our client by employing transposition within each and every complaint. Ageism is classed as illegal discrimination, and its about time it was dealt with at its systemic levels instead of turning a blind eye!?
THE FOUL MOUTH
VOICE OF DECEIT.
The mention of voices was to eventually raise its ugly head, but we'll explain that later. The husband didn't come round that evening, but finally turned up about a week later, and the first words out of his mouth were 'we're not making any noise'. Our client commented that it was almost like a child denying eating the strawberry cake, whilst having jam around its mouth.
He then said something even more perplexing, when he announced 'its the walls'? Again our client requested as to what it was about the walls that makes a noise? After which he then just walked away, and from that day, the noise has simply continued...
Our client stated that the sounds coming from the noisy home were mainly created by the male, and he appears to get noisier and noisier the later it gets. Its said that around 1.30 to 2.00am it becomes quite ballistic. He did include the fact that his other neighbours were really nice and mainly quiet, and he wished that they lived both sides of his house?
As embarrassing as this had become and finding the credibility factor even harder for him to swallow, he decided he wouldn't just grin and bear it, he would put in an early complaint.
Going back to the mention of 'voices' by the female neighbour, it has become apparent that this is some kind of recording of a somewhat over excited speaker which is possibly being amplified. It could be 'prayers', but it sounds more radical, because towards the end it keeps repeating the same word in a very angry mannerism. The fact that she had mentioned this, gives way to the thoughts that the last tenant had possibly complained about it, which simply endorsed that they were definitely the ones making it.
Also unusual is the final repeated word on occasions it tends to change, but its not easily recognised. Similar sounds were also heard at the last home ... Our client believes it should be investigated as it sounds as if its inciting hatred rather than any peace..! If his words are aimed at our client, then he is definitely committing harassment.
CAN'T QUITE PUT TOGETHER THE WORDS
THAT BEST DESCRIBE A BAD NEIGHBOUR?
One thing that has been noted by our client from the last home where he was unfortunate to have lived, there was a male with a very similar characteristic to that of the male that now causes him so much grief, and that is whenever our client performs any of his required household chores such as doing his washing, vacuuming or making the bed, sudden noises of slamming and banging things from these particular neighbours would accompany him.
He said its as if they have childlike tantrums, or the fools are attempting to control him in every aspect of his living conditions. Which is clearly the natural reaction of a simpleton narcissist, its also a reaction from a drug educed individual..!? He added that this latest house is worse than the last..!
